The Pod Times Square is a fresh, new, sleek, and well-designed hotel in an incredible location! The team couldn't be friendlier and more welcoming - from the front desk staff to the bellman to the housekeeping team. Rooms are quiet and have a very thoughtful layout. The bathrooms are great. The towels are incredibly soft. The breakfast set-up is lovely. Beds are super comfortable. I am excited to come back when the restaurant/bar is open!

The Pod Times Square really exceeded my expectations! From the lovely Alex at the front desk to Paul, the GM, every interaction was flawless. The room is really comfortable and surprisingly quiet! The location is perfect--right in Times Sq but far away from the crowds. Conveniently close to Port Authority where you can take multiple subway lines or buses outside of the city.

I was traveling with my teenage son so the bunk room was perfect for us! The floor to ceiling windows help prevent you from feeling cramped. Everything is clean and new. The employees were friendly! I will be back (as long as I am traveling with someone young who can climb into that top bunk!)

We came 3 nights at Pod from 02/13 to 02/16 and we absolutely loved it ! The staff was so great and helpful (receptionist, security guy, luggage handler... EVERYONE). The hotel is clean, the room is refresh everyday. The location is amazing, for the price we paid we were at the 9th floor with a view over the Empire State Building.

The concierge was attentive, knowledgeable, gave suggestions on getting around the city, where to eat, etc. and it was 24/7. The room was serviced, spit spot clean upon arrival and upon our return from outings, We had a bunk bed arrangement and the night lights kept privacy to the lower bunk. There was also a TV for each bunk so you could watch what you wanted, if you wanted. It was located in the heart of Times Square. Though small, it was comfortable and the price was good in NYC. Lots of attractions were easily accessible via subway, tour bus, cab, or other modes of transportation. things were in walking distance, good restaurants too. Hurray for Pod Hotel, Times Square!
