What Guests Have to Say About Pod Times Square

My girlfriend and I booked this hotel last minute after having a terrible experience at a nearby hotel. We visited NYC 2 years ago and stayed at another pod hotel, Pod 51. We decided to try our luck with Pod Times Square and they did not disappoint! They turned our trip around and made visiting NYC stress free!!

Upon entering the woman helping us check-in was super friendly and accommodating. We overheard her telling a coworker she was working overtime, you would not have even known considering the smile on her face and how quick and efficient she was. She even bumped us up to a queen pod instead of the full pod we booked. I cannot say enough good things about her, someone give this woman a raise 👏🏻

As 2 younger woman staying in the city, we felt very safe here and will definitely be back!! I cannot recommend this hotel enough!! We have been raving about it to everyone since our stay!!! Thank you Pod Times Square!!!

Rooms are basic but efficiently designed. When I come to NYC, it's not to sit in a hotel room, so I just want something clean, comfortable and affordable. Pods checked all those boxes. Great value hotel in a great, central location, friendly and helpful staff. Room has everything you need without having to pay for all the extra things you never use in a room. Really comfortable bed, big shower, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, etc, quiet (6th floor room and I could hardly hear any street noise). Room has a clean, simple style - think IKEA. Completely quiet, very clean and comfortable with a good price and staff were super friendly. Plus if you drive they offer a discount at a nearby parking garage. Who could ask for more? The POD at Times Square is incredibly convenient, a great price and the rooms are fantastic. Clean, modern, bright rooms with a great shower. The building is secure (you need your key card to operate the elevator in order to get to your floor) and there is plenty to do in the neighborhood. great restaurants and some really awesome bars. only a few blocks from Broadway, its super easy to get to the subways too. -Mike S (TripAdvisor)
