Perfect for a solo traveler
The hotel is fantastically located in the heart of Williamsburg, a stone's throw from plenty of dining and shopping options and the L train at Bedford Avenue for easy access to Manhattan. I stayed for a total of 7 nights and had a great experience. My room was clean and comfortable and perfect for a solo traveller. I'd definitely stay here again when I'm next in Brooklyn. -Claire (TripAdvisor)
So much to see and experience
The Pod Hotel is always very clean. The staff are efficient, friendly and professional. This was our second visit and we will certainly return. The rates were far more reasonable than hotels located in Manhattan, yet the Pod is located in close proximity to public transportation. Further, there is so much to see and experience right around the hotel. -kennyj20222022 (TripAdvisor)
Great price. Easy access to everything
Let's face it. You come to NYC to do stuff because there is lots of stuff to do. When it comes to a hotel all you really need are the basics and the Pod has them all at a great price. It's located near three train lines near the East River a few blocks from the Williamsburg Bridge and the Bedford L train stop. It also has easy access to the Barclays Center and lower Manhattan. There are lots of cool restaurants nearby and even a movie theater. Just make sure you leave a room for me. -Douglas G (TripAdvisor)
Workstations available
I visited Brooklyn after Thanksgiving. The hotel is in a great location. It's walking distance to many restaurants and shops. I walked to Domino Park along the river. It's beautiful. My room was very clean. The bed was comfortable, and I could control the heat. There are gardens on the second floor. There are workstations available. There's a restaurant by the lobby. I didn't get to go but it looked nice. There's a lovely wine bar on the corner. Parking was a bargain. There is street parking close by, but I chose the garage. It was a very good experience. I suggest booking directly with the hotel for a better price. I needed to check out a day early. I didn't have to pay for the extra night because I had booked directly with the hotel. I highly recommend Pod. -rita h (TripAdvisor)
Memorable and photo-worthy
This property exceeded all expectations - not only was it immaculate and safe, with photo-worthy views of the city and rooftop bar/yoga, but in addition to super-comfortable beds, it even offered a myriad of little nooks, where guests could sit privately and do their work. However, the aspect of Pod Brooklyn which really made my recent visit memorable was the staff - they were incredibly accommodating and responsive to any request, whether it be for an extra towel or guidance on where to dine nearby, the commitment to customer service was clear (while each person with whom I interacted was great, Joseph deserves a special shout-out)! I look forward to returning in the near future and unconditionally recommend Pod Brooklyn to others! -Susan G (TripAdvisor)
