Does Pod 51 have…?

Private bathrooms - Some Pods do, and other’s do not! Please check the room description for more details. All rooms have an en suite sink, hairdryer, and towels.
Safes, hairdryers, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner – Yes!
Microwaves, mini-bars, coffee makers, kettles, room service, business center – No, we don’t.
Irons and boards – Available on request!

When is check-in/check-out?

Check-in is 3:00 p.m. | Check-out is 12:00 p.m.
Arriving early? We offer early check-in when available, upon arrival.

Late check-out is based on availability and may incur an additional fee. Please reach out to our front desk on the morning of your departure day for more info.

Where can I park?

Pod 51 guests enjoy a discount at a nearby garage, at a rate of $41 per 24-hour period for a standard sized vehicle. Please not that this rate does not include in and out privileges. Please have your parking slip validated by the front desk.

Where is the nearest subway station?

We are located steps from the Lexington Avenue / 53rd street station and the E, M, and 6 subway lines.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as cash for payment (cash is only accepted for check-ins prior to 10pm). Please note that if you choose to pay in cash, the full amount of the room will be charged at check-in. A $50 security deposit is also required, and will be released at check-out.

What is the facility fee?

Pod 51 charges a facility fee in the amount of $22.95 inclusive of tax per room, per night, in addition to the room rate. This universally applied fee allows us to provide the following commonly requested services to all guests: Early check-in and late check-out when available, high-speed WiFi, calls within the United States, printing, same day luggage storage prior to check in and after check out, and walking tours.

Package Services:
We are happy to accept packages during your stay . Please ensure that the package is addressed c/o (hotel) along with the name on your reservation. We are able to accept up to 4 standard sized packages, up to 2 days prior to your check in date. All additional or oversized packages will be subject to $50 storage fee.
